Ate a 6 inch Subway sandwich with ham, American cheese, lettuce, onions, mayo, and mustard along with a water bottle. This was approximately 12:30pm PST on 4/20/24. Ate nothing else today and the symptoms hit like a bus 3-4 hours later. It’s hard to stand up or keep water down without throwing up.
