I went to Taco Bell and got two chicken quesadillas eight one within 5 to 10 minutes I had severe stomach cramps had to pull over the side of the road had severe diarrhea and throwing up about an hour later I have a severe headache I still have diarrhea  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache

$5.99 special which had eggs bacon pancakes and french toast, Just I did. Symptoms started several hours later and lasted throughout the day and into the next night. I was the only one who got sick. I was fine aftee I ate it and then started feeling nasous 2 hours later. I have not ate anything since, and I started feeling fine. i have been drinking water and have not eaten anything since. I still feel nasous .  | Symptoms: Nausea

I ate 02/20/2019, an hour later I was sick. Vomiting, diarrhea, dizzy, dehydrated, and stomach pains. I had to go to the hospital later that night for multiple IV’s. The doctor diagnosed me with food poisoning, it was the only food I had eaten all day.
