I ordered the pizza with avocado, red pepper, and sliced tomato and ate around 1900 on 14 Jan 20. I spent the entire night and most of the next day purging the pizza from my system. It was a horrible experience.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other

I had dark meat chicken and coleslaw. Got sick with high fever and stomach upset about 18 hours later. My lab tests show food poisoning. Had high fever up to 103.3 for 3 days.
Prior to this my wife and I ate the same homecooked foods for the previous week and she did not get sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Fever

My husband and I ate there around 4:30 pm on January 10, 2020. We both ate the Cheeseburger combo. I had a single, and my husband had the triple. Around 3 am the next morning I got sick, my husband about an hour later. We spent the day vomiting, and with extremely painful stomach aches.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Baked 4 things that day. 3 made from scratch at home and one container of their Cookie dough. Baked all at 350 to 425. Got sick several hours later, bad food poisoning.
