I was working in a Cupertino area.. at lunch time I went over to Mcdonalds, because it was the only fast food restaurant by me. After eating my meal I felt ill shortly after and even had to go home early from work. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.. Disgusting  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had the a medium rare burger. I also had the avocado egg appetizer. Work up feeling like I have been kicked hella times in the stomach and really bloated. Ots med next day no change  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating

I had a chicken bowl with black beans, corn, green peppers and onions, spicy salsa, cheese, little sour cream and lettuce at 11:45am yesterday for lunch. I had full blown diarrhea right after. I have cramps even on the second day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

I ate a burrito on wednesday night. Thursday I woke up feeling sick and weak, and all I ate that day was salad. Friday morning I woke up throwing up and had intense diarrea throughout the day. Couldn't keep any food or liquids down so I went to the hospital and got it treated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
