Fever, violent vomiting, and diahreah 4-5 hours after eating a double double. Ate around 2 am and started vomiting around 6 am. Symptoms persisted throughout the entire next day and ended up in urgent care due to dehydration.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Dehydration

Ate some of this on a tuesday night and went to bed and woke up in the early morning with sever diarrhea and feeling pretty crappy. Pretty much as turned my stomach inside out and been dealing with it for the last 3 days  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I ate raw fish from a local sushi place. I felt hot flashes on my face & itchy on my back. I then got the chills & felt nautious. I don't have any known food allergies. I eat shellfish on a regular basis. It happened Today  | Symptoms: Chills, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
