Had tacos for lunch 18 July. Felt fine all day. Went to sleep and woke at 145-2am where I spent the next four hours vomiting with diarrhea. Also had cold sweats and chills. Finally subsided around 6am. Drained all my energy.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating

I ate the bowl with rice, beans,chicken, corn, on March 2, 2017 I became I'll immediately with vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, and fever. I went to the hospital and was treated for food poisoning, dehydration and low potassium and given antibiotics.
