Bowl double chicken, brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, cheese, sour cream, tortilla on side. Only thing I ate on 09/02. Nausea and stomach pains for 5 hours followed by vomiting for another hour.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
