Had Mexican food at La Fogata Mexican restaurant in the Valley last night near the sports park at Hazeltine. Ordered the chicken enchiladas and have had diarrhea 10 times literally today. Feel exhausted and can't stop going to the bathroom.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
