I had a grilled cheese with tomato and onions and animal style fries. I got sick shortly thereafter.. I threw up. I thought i had cleared it all out but a few hours later I spiked a fever and ended up in the ER on an IV after several bouts of watery diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
