I had two chicken teriyaki, chicken mushroom I did eat it the same afternoon and kept the rest the day after, i kept it on the fridge after couple hours I started feeling nauseous, than been vomiting for 4 hours like 22 times I felt like I was gona die  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I made a smoothie with organic baby spinach (dont remember brand name). The package says triple washed and ready to eat. 2-4 hrs later I had uncontrollable diarrhea and intense stomach cramps and pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
