I got the pre cooked ribs, and ate that for lunch. It was the only food I ate the whole day. 3 hours later I couldn’t hold anything down and I’ve been continually throwing up since  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Pasta I order a chicken Alfredo pasta at 6pm. I got home and went to sleep at 1am. Then I woke up at 3am feeling nauseous and then I stared vomiting.

I was sick for 7 days with the worse stomach flu I have ever had in my life. It was the only fresh/uncooked meal I had the week before getting sick.

Was a viral infection, did not test positive for any bacterial... probably employee not washing their hands.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ate at 3:30pm
Rice, steak, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, lettuce.
Felt nausea at about 6pm. Now It is 7:30pm and have violently puked and had diarrhea multiple times  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
