Ordered vegie bowl, brown rice, black means, lots of mild salsa, corn salsa, guac and lettuce. Ate this at 9pm and the next day at work I have the worst stomach pains and diarrhea with dry heaving. Chipotle has betrayed me.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain

Feb. 8 ate 2 Chile dogs around 7 pm. By 2 am. In the bathroom vomiting, and diarrhea every hour for over 20 hours until going to ER. And spending all night over 10 hours being treated for food poisoning. Out of work for the rest of the week  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
