Had chicken bowl Thursday 15 for lunch. In town for work. By 3 am Friday I began to have a painful headache like a migraine. Became nausea and sick. I have felt bad all weekend and still am in bed today.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Migraine
