tortilla, ham and persimmon carpaccio, and paella — was fine, nothing to write home about. Around 2 am, I was awoken with intense stomach pains and nausea, which persisted with multiple bouts of vomiting and diarrhea until about 10 am. My partner also was sick, with intense gas pains and nausea all night. We didn't fully recover until about 48 hours later. I had some of their stuffing and three hours later
I felt I was so sick, I was up all night with diarrhea
all day the next evening. If I get to live another
day I will have to go to the emergency, holding

volunteers that state law required handwashing prior to putting on gloves, She, as she put her gloves on with her unwashed hands, informed me there was a bathroom nearby if I wished to wash my hands. State law also requires notice of that regulation be posted prominently. No notices were visible. Management obviously had not provided adequate instructions for volunteers to prevent possible food poisoning by potential contact with fecal bacteria from servers' hands,  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
