I ate at at PF Chang’s on May 24th, 2018 in the late afternoon.
I ate Kung pao chicken and steamed pork dumplings.
I started having diarrhea about 3 hours after eating! I have been having diarrhea now for 3 days and no sign of stopping! It is very miserable!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with pineapple it’s tasted a little watery but could pass . About an hour and a half later I had constant diarrhea as well as vomiting both at the same time.. after words I had the chills 20 min later diarrhea and vomiting start again this went on for about 2 hours .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
