Bought Chicken wings potato wedges etc from Deli this pm around 6:45pm. We got very sick vomiting, chills, nauseated got very sick and still feeling very sick. Upon eating whole family got sick, womiting chills ferling sick.

My daughter and I had dinner around 6 p.m. last night on March 9th. Two hours after eating there the diarrhea and vomiting started accompanied with horrible stomach pains all night long.

At 5 PM I bought an eight piece meal of original chicken at KFC on TEMECULA Parkway last night. I had stomach aches and severe diarrhea and also this morning I had severe diarrhea and pains in my stomach. I have not had diarrhea for years so
it’s got to be their chicken must’ve had salmonella or something. It must’ve been the food at KFC. I’m going to call in a little while and find out if there has been any other reports of sickness from last night cooked chicken. I still have food left over but I am afraid to eat it

Now In n out Ordered a cheeseburger with onion lettuce and tomato and French fries. Went through the drive thru at roughly 12:30 pm. Waited in line about 15 mins after ordering. When I got my food both my burger and fries were cold. Which is odd
cus my food is always hot from there. So must’ve been sitting there while I was in line waiting to pay at the window.

I had cheese enchiladas 12/15/2023 around 3:15 p.m. My stomach felt bloated right after. The next day I started having diarrhea from the morning till nighttime. I had some chills and low grade fever.
