Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
Suspected source: their chicken Alfredo in deli section plastic container
Onset: 2hrs
Duration: All night and day
Additional information: Very bad cramping, This was the location where I purchased the food that made me sick
