On Saturday 3/29 at about 6:39 pm I had a burger with lettuce, tomato, onion and animal fries. That’s the only thing I had different than my son and I am the only one that has been throwing up with diarrhea and stomach pains with the worst headache since about 1:30 am.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache

We started driving home and didn't make it to the street when we pulled over so I could puke. Puked 4 more times on the way home. Went home to bed. Woke up still having an upset stomach.

Bought a Cheese Katsu set meal for lunch, about an hour and a half later having eaten nothing else began to feel stomach discomfort, eventually escalated into heavy stomach pain and repeated vomiting, and was unable to keep water down for several hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
