Yesterday I got a spicy nugget and a Mc double. My boyfriend got a McDouble as well but no spicy nuggets. About 45 minutes after I ate I threw up twice and had diarrhea. I felt fine after laying down for a couple hours . Luckily I only had A 6pc or it probably would have been worse  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

6 Hours after drinking a Daily Harvest Pineapple and Matcha shake I was extremely ill, Vomiting and painful nausea. Based on the symptom onset and the severity I would guess staph  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I had shrimp and chow Mein at noon on Tuesday Sept. 24, 2019. I became violently ill with diareah, vomiting, and fever Tuesday night and was sick until Thursday. I didn’t eat anything else that day so my food poisoning had to have come from there  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
