Thurs june 18,2020 ordered my usual chicken wings, pepsi, pizza with mushrooms and sausage, normal sauce, normal cheese with normal baking & brownie -- I have ordered months before this with no problems but this time OMG... I notified public health dept. to check out location for other errors.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other
