Went to Red Robin at about 2 PM. Had a Bacon Cheeseburger and fries. I woke up next morning with a terrible stomache ache. Anytime I ate, I would throw it back up. I also felt very lethargic, had a headache, and felt dizzy. Not going back there for a long time  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Stomach Pain

Had brunch at the university cafeteria at around noon yesterday. Started to have nausea and upset stomach around 4pm and started vomiting and diarrhea at about 8pm that lasted through the night and into the morning. Vomiting has ceased but diarrhea continues  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I checked off fever, but I never really checked to see if I had one. But I was trembling, shivering, hot/cold... your typical symptoms. I ordered a burrito bowl -- white rice, pinto beans, chicken, lettuce, sour cream, and some veggies. Symptoms occurred about an hour after.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
