Document your experience! See a doctor! My wife and I became very ill after sharing a veggie bowl at the West Hartford restaurant. She got the worst of it, was in bed for several days right in the middle of our family vacation. It was the only food we had both shared for the previous several days, so there was not doubt in our minds that the Chipotle food was the culprit. We reported it to Chipotle and they passed us off a company they use to shield them from claims. We had asked them to reimburse us for the cost of sitting in the hotel for three days, too weak to do anything. Cutting to the chase, the company said because we hadn't been to a doctor there was no proof that we were even sick, nor that Chipotle food was responsible. They denied our claim, not even offering to reimburse us for the cost of the meal! I write this now to encourage anyone who has come down with food poisoning from Chipotle to see a doctor and document everything. Maybe if enough people came forward with proof the company would give a rat's ass about all the people it's making sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
