Grilled cheese with onion and tomato I made a sandwich with ingredients. Within 10- 15 mins got horribly sick, vomiting, nausea, chills, sweats. It happened Aprox 10:40 pm on 4/17,  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating

I had the street tacos and fries, a friend had the same thing. We both after eating felt sick but just assumed it was nothing but later into the night had the same feelings in our stomachs and headaches. We had the exact same thing. Not sure. Maybe the food she ate? Ate macaroni and started vomiting right after. 1 person. Immediately.
