Food was initially good , no odor, I quickly felt very very ill several hours later. The next day was worse I could not eat anything. I will never ever eat off a food truck again, it took me about 48 hours to feel some sort of better.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I ate Burrata for appetizer, pasta with eggplants (Caponata) and mixed fruit cheesecake. This was dinner on 6/16 and symptoms started same night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

I bought a Large caramel frappucino this morning. I was drinking almost empty until i feel a piece in my throat. Immediately i spit it out and notice a black piece rubber. Look inside the cup there were little black piece of debris everywhere in the cup.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate a chicken rice bowl at 11:15 this morning. While I was eating I started not to feel well and wrote it off. Ten minutes later I was unable to walk and grabbed an Uber to bring me 3 blocks to my dorm room. I then preceded to have all of the symptoms of food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
