I bought a chicken pesto goat cheese wrap. I ate half. Five hours later I was nauseous, then had diarrhea and then vomiting. I was still doing this at 9 pm so I called 911 and went to emergency room at Jupiter Hospital.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Went to Taco Bell last night and got nachos and a baja blast and about two hours later I began to get nauseous and started throwing up and having the runs it is now the next morning and I am still having the same symptoms but now I have a pounding headache on top of all that.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache

Both myself and wife had violent puking 8 - 32 hours after eating here. I went to the ER last night with nausea and violent puking. Could not keep anything down. Given 2 liters of fluids and anti nausea medication. Still very sick upon getting discharged.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea

About an hour after getting home I had terrible stomach pains along with my daughter. Hers resolved after taking Tums but at one in the morning I had violent diarrhea and vomiting. Still diarrhea in the morning. She had salmon and I had ahi tuna tacos for dinner.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
