My husband ate lunch there today 3/19 and has been sick ever since. Nausea and diarrhea even 8 hours later. I phoned the restaurant and no one else has reported the same issue. He had the chicken bowl with chicken, salsa, lettuce and cheese.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Chili with cheese, 2 people had the chili. 20 to 30 min later stomach cramps. Chills and fever. Uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea throughout the evening and night. Headache.
