Girlfriend had the same salad, same soup, same ice tea, and same desert. Only thing different was our main dish. I had shrimp alfredo, and she had some kind of shrimp/chicken with regular spaghetti noodles, not sure of name. I noticed her shrimp was prepared differently, still had tails on it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I tried Panda Express for lunch on Dec 8, 2016. I had orange chicken, beef broccoli, fried rice, and a spring roll. I've been sick every since, I will never eat there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
