On 11/15/21, my husband bought us a 12 piece chicken strip with mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw and biscuits. Within 20-30 mins we both were fighting for the bathroom with explosive diarrhea that lasted all through the night. We assumed it was the coleslaw as it wasn’t... See More that cold when we got it. Shouldn’t have eaten it but we did. By morning we finally felt better. So after work I decided to eat the leftover chicken and some gravy for dipping and only myself had it. Well let’s say I’m on round two of diarrhea and nausea as I’m typing this! I’m convinced there was cross contamination or mishandling of the chicken. Please inspect that store! Yesterday May 22nd 2021. An uncooked raw burger my 2 year old son. My son got sick from eating a raw hamburger that was made with negligence at this place. The symptoms started at 11pm same night, we are there at 4pm. He started projectile vomiting in... See More his crib and ran a fever, we took him straight to the emergency room as we knew exactly what was happening. The doctor at the ER diagnosed it was food poisoning and asked us to watch closely for any diarrhea that had blood in it which could be E. coli. They did ultrasounds on my son they drew blood etc. But could not test for E. coli as he didn’t have a stool sample at the time. We were at the hospital until 5am last night and today the same thing is happening my son just projectile vomited again and had diarrhea. He is not well, we contacted the restaurant and the employee on the other end was rather rude and condescending, I asked to speak to the owner and she shut me down and said “she isn’t available on sundays I can take a message for you” I explained to her what had happened!! I even stated one of their own waitresses saw the burger and immediately went to the kitchen to tell the head chef who is the owners husband, he distinctly walked by our table as if he was just walking by but I watched him his eyes were staring right at my sons burger and he took the plate back into the kitchen and said sorry with eyes wide open and mouth agape. His response was “sorry about that he will get a free ice cream now”. This is the worst feeling to know my son is very sick over a negligent act of a cook. We ordered off the kids menu!! A kids burger should always be cooked through. Now, to not even get an answer from the owner or an explanation is utterly unacceptable. I just need help on what to do next. During production, it was discovered that some packages of the raspberry crème filled cookies contained hazelnut crème filled cookies. Hazelnut is a tree nut and listed as one... The allergen statement on each individual cookie package states “May Contain Traces of Peanuts, Hazelnuts, Almonds, Sesame, Sulphites” as these two cookies are produced in the same facility. No injuries or illnesses have been reported. These products were distributed in the United States.
People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to tree nuts (hazelnuts) run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume these products.

I used to work there and there was definitely mold in the tea you drank, it happened often when the workers up front didn’t clean the nozzles. Once all the workers in the back got sick and were throwing up in the restrooms.

EWWWW. Everyone reading this don't get rotisserie chickens that the deli sells. I worked in the deli and those chickens would be left on the spit while (not refrigerated) while the bacteria kept multiplying. DON'T GO TO SELF SERVE FROZEN YOGURT PLACES EITHER NO BODY CLEANS THOSE NASTY THINGS!!!I meant to say the chickens would be out at room temp while the employees talked laughed and had FUN! Those chickens would be sitting there way too long before they were ever cooked!
