I order salsa and guacamole and believe the guacamole was contaminated. I got sick within hours after eating it, and spent 5 days in the hospital. I had intense stomach pains and back pains, vomiting as well. Doctors found that I contracted H Pylori which is a bacteria from contaminated food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain
