My family got bowls for dinner last night. I was the only one who ordered sofritas. Around 8 hours after eating, I got severe stomach pains and a headache. This lasted throughout the night. I had extreme diarrhea in the morning, accompanied by more stomach pains and body aches the next day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Stomach Pain, Body Ache

I order salsa and guacamole and believe the guacamole was contaminated. I got sick within hours after eating it, and spent 5 days in the hospital. I had intense stomach pains and back pains, vomiting as well. Doctors found that I contracted H Pylori which is a bacteria from contaminated food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain
