I had a chicken bowl and my husband had a burrito. We ate chips and queso as well as salsa. We both had constant diarrhea and had to go to the bathroom frequently. Don’t eat here unless you want diarrhea.

Went to Wendy's as usual and ordered a water cup and "Power Mediterranean Salad" (came in on a promotion). Not sure If I am going to go to the hospital yet but order salads all the time (including different Wendy's ones). Symptoms began shortly thereafter...loosing lots of fluids via stool.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
