Ate here on the 23rd for dinner with my in-laws. I hat the fried fish sandwich. About 7 hours later I was throwing up. Ended up going to ER due to being serverely dehydrated and blacking out.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

We went to eat for my sons birthday dinner. I'm the only one sick out of 8 of us. But I'm also the only one that ate fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. Don't know which it was but I'm still up at 5am on the toilet AND vomiting...  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
