I purchased and ate a hot lunch plate: Chicken meatballs, potatoes with gravy, and steamed carrots. Also shared a cinnamon roll after the meal with my son. I drank a lemonade from the soda machine. Had severe stomach cramps overnight that led to diarrhea and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

I was fasting for a doctor test for 2 days and this was the only thing I had ate. Within 30 minutes of my eating it. I vomited all over my car, had terrible stomach pains and burning, got dizzy and had diarrhea. This has never happened… See more

I ordered a steak bowl at 7:30pm saturday and started getting diarrhea at 12pm and now its monday 2:25am and ive been throwing up all day , threw up about 15 times already and have been going to the bathroom every 5 min , will go to doctor at 7am  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
