Hand a chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich for lunch. By 5pm I started feeling nauseous. By 6:30 I was violently vomiting with diahreha....I was still sick the next day but not throwing up like the night before. Horrible  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

At about 7pm tonight I went to chipotle. I had a chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, sour cream, cheese, medium salsa, guac, and lettuce. After about an hour my stomach started to hurt and I have had diarrhea for 2 hours now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Had eat shrimp and chicken carbonara , salad , .
Right after leaving restaurant had to pull over due to feeling nauseous and vomiting.
When I got home I had diahrrea, stomach pain. Headache.
