I ordered the veggie burger with just lettuce and tomato, cheese curds, and water on Sunday 9/5/21 at around 2:30pm. Later that evening, bad stomach ache. Two days later I still have a headache, stomach ache, body aches, chills, lo fever, and have had diarrhea since Sunday evening.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Chills, Body Ache, Stomach Pain

Visited them around 3:00 p.m . Ordered up 2 tacos and a whopper. Was feeling alot of pain in my upper stomach . went to the emergency room?at 11:30 p.m. they gave me 3 shots of morphine for the pain. Also a scan cat. Threw up like 4 times inthe er. Left emergency rm at 5:30a.m.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I got diarrhea from baconator at Wendy's a few hours later been having diarrhea for 4 days now, I'm the only one that got it the food and a few hours later my stomach started hurting real bad and then I had diarrhea for 4 days now  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
