Went to Panera bread on March 3 ordered the chicken chipotle avocado and Caramel latte after I went home I was very nauseous and started having diarrhea and throwing up ate around 1pm in the afternoon symptoms started about 5pm in the afternoon  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Consumed 8 chicken nuggets, felt like they weren't crisp in middle and just seemed mushy, found remaining two to be pink in center.... subsequently became ill with n/v/d  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered ice cream cake and took to work for birthday. I ate it and 30 min later my stomach was cramping and in knots. I also had severe diarrehia and vomiting. Another co worker that ate the cake had the same problems  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
