Market fresh turkey and Swiss sandwich I’m the only one who had food from here. About 12 hours after eating the sandwich the symptoms began. I called my doctor who told me to keep hydrated and have been slowly recovering now about 48 hours later  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

On June 19th I purchased black seedless grapes. The first bunch I ate didn't seem to cause me any problems. The second bunch that I began to eat this week (June 28) made me sick to my stomach within an hour of consuming them.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
