Me and my wife stop for super and I had the chicken and shrimp carbonara and then when I was ready for bed about 10 I had a headache and kind of an upset stomach and then about 3am I woke and had to vomited and had diarrhea and then all day I had diarrhea and I vomited one more time  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
