I ate 3 fiery crunchy tacos supreme at around 6pm. At 3am, I began feeling nauseous. I threw up and had major diarrhea. I had been food poisoned by Taco Bell about 15 years back and decided to give it another shot.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered the blue wedge salad and french onion soup. About an hour after returning home, I've started receiving terrible stomach pains. Had several double cheeseburgers and a large fry. The next day I felt horrible. Extreme nausea and light headedness. I almost passed out several times. Eventually this lead to vomiting.
