I went to captain D's around 9:30 last night april 29th, 2017 i ordered catfish feast, mozzarella sticks, breadsticks, macoroni, and fries... I had a hard time sleeping and approximately 9:40 am april 30th, 2017... I vomited all up  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I ate my chorizo burrito at 6pm and by at one AM I woke up with stomach aches and feeling sick. I spent the next 10 hours or so vomitting anything in my stomach and any liquid I tried to keep down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a Fish sandwich with a cheddar cheese slice and tarter sauce, no lettuce. And also, a small curly fry. Started feeling sick about 3 hours or so after. Symptoms started resolving about 24 hours after consuming the food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever

I went to Wendy's between 8 or 9 after I got off work. I ordered the 10 piece chicken nugget meal. I was fine afterwards but when I woke up this morning I had to run to the bathroom to throw up. This is embarrassing but I also have the poops.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
