I had bacon ranch quesadilla around 7 pm. I have been sick all night. Managed to throw up eveything at 430am and besides whatever food made it past the stomach. I feel better loads better since throwing up. Still having diarrhea. Currently drinking water to replinish fluids.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate Spam Turkey around 10 at night and was vomiting by about 10 a.m. the next morning. I was achy with no fever, but some diarrhea. I vomited several times and was achy the next day as well. There were never any symptoms of a cold before, during, or after, so I attribute it to food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I went to Kroger and got a berry passion tea and the guy didn’t wash his hands after touching flowers . I drank some and immediately felt sick . I have been throwing up constantly and have a terrible headache after an entire day and can’t sleep !!  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
