symptoms started last night after eating around 4:30, by midnight I was feeling ill. At 5:30 am I started having the runs and it hasn't stopped and it's 12:00 pm the next day. I feel awful, bubbling in my stomach and cramps.. I wish it would all go away...  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Burrito with carnitas, brown rice, black beans, corn, cheese, lettuce, pico, hot salsa and sour cream. This was the first time I'd eaten out in weeks. Delicious going down, but 10 hours later I was vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I recently ate at this Chipotle and became sick with diarrhea and nausea. I ordered a half chicken/half steak bowl with white rice, peppers and onions, nacho cheese, cheese, mild sauce, medium sauce, corn salsa and lettuce. It was the last thing I ate that day and by the morning I was sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
