I had chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and started to feel sick after one hour eating. First time ever getting food poisoning from here, usually my go to for on the go food. In pain in my lower stomach, chills and have been in the bathroom for two hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills

Something in this list made me horribly nauseous: Pulled pork sandwich, mashed potatoes with gravy, dinner salad, apple cake.

Since last night , Popcorn  Went to the movies with my family for 7:30 showing, we all ordered our popcorn & drinks (pop & icee). Went home after woke up at 3 am stomach cramping up, nausea to then vomiting. We all had to call of work.   | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps

Bought some frozen veggie meatballs, cooked them according to package instructions, the next day woke up nauseous and had severe diarrhea develop over the day. Next morning diarrhea and nausea continues with vomiting up my stomachs entire contents.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Family dinner on July 17, 2021. Within a couple of hours a family member got sick, vomiting, nausea, headache, diarrhea . The family member who got sick was the only person who had black mussels with their dinner. I and my daughter ate dish containing Chicken. The food was dinner carryout ordered on Sun 4/18. We both fell sick on Monday evening with vomiting started on Tuesday. We had not had exposure to any other food so we are pretty sure that it was Chicken that made us sick.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Other
