Ate at Culver's Friday afternoon. Felt fine before however got sick shortly afterwards at work and have been in ER/hospital ever since. Doctors are sure it was something from this establishment. Testing for virus and will update when I get results.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps

Jif Peanut butter. Absolutely horrific vomiting and diarrhea. Absolutely horrific. I'm not heavy or out of shape. I'm 65 and I honestly thought I was dying. It happened Recently from Peanut butter. I ate there last night, i felt sick 2 hours later and im still very ill the next day. I got popcorn chicken with potato fries and unsweetened tea. My tea tasted very weird, so after a few sips i dumped it out.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
