I ordered through door dash I ordered nachos it tasted like cardboard abd I was sick an hour later ,, It was only me , not even 1 hour after as soon as I started to eat it put a bad taste in my mouth  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever

Second time in two weeks I have eaten Apple Chicken Pecan Salad. Within hours dizzy, vomiting, diarrhea....deathly sick. Chronic nonstop for around six hours amd felt hungover with headache following day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness

We ate there on a Wednesday and became ill on the Thursday evening after. It was approx. 26 hours after exposure. We both ate chicken, tortilla, cheese, and sour cream. We had the same symptoms at the same time and we believe it was due to bad chicken.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
