I ordered a kids meal hamburger. Right after I ate had upset stomach with stomach pains.
When we came to restaurant, they were out of ketchup in dispenser and the coke was out as well, took an extremely long time to get our food. We will not return to this location again. Very disappointed!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Wife and I got Taco Bell on Saturday, March 8th. Ate it in the afternoon, by the evening we were vomiting. Vomiting and diarrhea for two days. Reported it to their customer support and no response (been about a week now). Definitely food poisoning and definitely from that location.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
