We ate lunch around noon today, mozzarella sticks, and chicken tenders with a side of broccoli and water. My boyfriend who had mozzarella sticks and the fiesta lime chicken was totally fine. Around 7 pm I broke out in an insane fever, chills and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
