Ordered the crispy honey shrimp. The shrimp tasted fine, but the brown rice looked and tasted stale. Within an hour of eating, began experiencing vomiting and diarrhea. Took Imodium a few hours later, but vomiting and diarrhea persisted. Currently trying to keep myself hydrated as best as possible.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a sub on Friday, April 21, 2017 for lunch. I got very sick on the weekend. Thought it was maybe the flu. I went back to subway on Wednesday, 26, 2017 for lunch and got very sick again. That's went I put it together that it must have been the subway.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

My wife and I ate the same thing, except one of the bread rolls, which I alone consumed. The next day, I was having ferocious diarrhea. This is the only difference in the eating habits of my wife and I -- the Ikea bread roll. I suspect it may have been the culprit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

My husband and I both got sick after eating at Chipotle. I had bad stomach cramps and we both had diarrhea. I was out of the state all week prior to eating at chipotle so that es the only meal the two of us had together. I had a sofritas salad and he had a chorizo burrito.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
