Lunch on 7/27/16. Had Sante Fe Chicken Salad. By 4 Pm was in an ambulance on way to hospital. Massive sweating , diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and I passed out. After 4 days in hospital I am home.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Me and my boyfriend both experiencing the same food poisoning symptoms. Only food items we both are were cheese and sour cream. Suspecting the sour cream as the container was almost empty when we ordered, so it had been out for a while.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had the teriyaki chicken on flat bread with spinach lettuce and pickles and banana peppers with a little bit of chipotle sauce. It has been a terrible waste of a sick day and very painful!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
