2/2/2022, Taylor Farms Sweet Kale salad 2 hours after eating started getting gas pains in lower back. 3 to 4 hours after eating started vomiting. Started passing gas overnight. Still weak the next day  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Gas, Nausea, Other, Weakness

I ordered it from doordash on 2/2 and ate by 8pm. I woke up at midnight due to stomach cramps. I spend the next few hours vomiting and dealing with diarrhea. Was up all night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Ordered a steak bowl steak seemed off did not taste right stopped eating and threw it in the trash. Few hours later was basically sleeping in my bathroom from vomiting and diarrhea. Finally stopped vomiting 10+ hours later. Purchased and ate January 31st 2022.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
