On Saturday March 27 I got take out at 12:23 pm. Ate at 12:45 PM. Was incredibly ill. Vomiting, diarrhea and nausea started at 3:40 PM.
Ordered the godfather part II pizza and ccc wings. Had 1- 10oz beer pizza something IPA. Watched the bartender change the keg prior to pouring me the glass.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Me and my brother bought and ate Burgers and fries. I had the bacon burger and cajun fries. I got gasy shortly after and now it's 5am and I'm on the toilet. it was the last thing I ate and haven't ate this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
